Summary: Seeking a Service Now Developer to manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform for IT service management and business process automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software or infrastructure engineering and architecture, including ServiceNow.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow app development.
  • Expertise in areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
  • Experience with Workflow / Flow designer.
  • Expert understanding of the ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities.
  • Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
  • US citizenship required with ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow training and certifications.
  • Experience with ITIL, service management, scripting, HTML, CSS.
  • Advanced understanding of object-oriented JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB best practices.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new forms, workflows, flows/scripting for customer use processes.
  • Manage the organization's ServiceNow platform for IT service management automation.
  • Design, configure, develop, troubleshoot and implement baseline/custom applications.


Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
