Summary: Seeking a skilled Cabinet Finisher II for weekend shifts to prepare and finish aircraft furniture using various techniques and tools.

  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Two years experience in wood finishing
    • Basic knowledge of cabinet finishing processes and products

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in the aerospace industry
    • Working knowledge of Gulfstream inspection and process specifications

  • Responsibilities:

    • Prepare furniture for finish and disassembly using blueprints, specifications, and drawings
    • Perform high-quality repairs to finished surfaces in the shop and on aircraft
    • Clean and polish blemishes to prepare aircraft for delivery
    • Apply finish using spray equipment and manual/mechanical methods
    • Use sandpapers, polishes, adhesives, masking mediums, solvents, hand tools, and power tools for finishing tasks
    • Comply with safety, housekeeping policies; use protective equipment as needed
    • Utilize material tracking system for parts demand, squawk tracking, and work sign-off


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
