Mechanical Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and update refrigeration products with expertise in system analysis, control systems, and manufacturing techniques.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or other 3D modeling software
  • Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, heat transfer, or similar equipment

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electrical controls/wiring
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication
  • Solidworks CFD experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct refrigeration, system, and airflow analysis
  • Develop control systems and manufacturing techniques
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to bring products to life
  • Research and develop new or modified refrigeration systems from concept through production
  • Perform system analyses including heat gain, thermodynamic studies, CFD, energy simulations, and failure mode analysis
  • Hands-on assembly of components including piping and sheet metal cabinetry
  • Define test requirements, analyze results, and evaluate equipment performance

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
