Summary: Seeking a Senior HR Representative with expertise in complex investigations, federal and state employment laws, and leadership development for supporting non-unionized employees in a manufacturing environment.

  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in complex investigations and organizational diagnostics

    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

    • Experience in coaching and developing leaders

    • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 6+ years, or 12 years without a degree

  • Responsibilities:

    • Support non-unionized employees across various functions including manufacturing and engineering

    • Build relationships to advise on employee-related matters and serve as an advocate

    • Use data to assess site climate and implement HR initiatives

    • Manage performance plans, grievances, claims, investigations, and terminations

    • Coach leaders on performance management and organizational effectiveness

    • Utilize process improvement tools to streamline HR processes

Pay: 22-30

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
