Final Line Mech I – 2nd Shift
Summary: Seeking a Final Line Mechanic I for 2nd shift to assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience such as auto mechanics, heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Ability to use all tools required for the job
Preferred Skills:
- A&P license may offset the one year of experience required
- Experience with Solumina and Smarteam
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components
- Rig control cables, sectors, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear and doors, engines, cowls, aircraft entry doors
- Remove and replace linkage, sectors, components; cut and fit system lines for basic repairs
- Ensure quality and efficiency of installations; perform necessary rework for conformity
- Install systems lines, valves, ducts ensuring leak-free systems using various tools
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
