Final Line Mech I – 2nd Shift

Summary: Seeking a Final Line Mechanic I for 2nd shift to assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components.

• Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience
  • A&P license may offset the one year of experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
  • Experience with Solumina and Smarteam preferred

• Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components
  • Rig control cables, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear, engines, cowls, entry doors
  • Remove and replace linkage, sectors, components; perform basic repairs
  • Ensure quality and efficiency of installations; perform necessary rework
  • Install systems lines, valves, ducts; ensure leak-free systems
  • Utilize tools such as permaswage pumps, dies, line cutting tools for installations

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
