Summary: Seeking an Executive Assistant to support President and VP-level executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Good analytical ability

  • Experience with making travel arrangements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft

  • Requires an HS Diploma; AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience

  • US Citizen only

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Concur for travel arrangements

  • 5+ years related work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support President and VP-level executives

  • Coordinate staff schedules daily

  • Arrange in-person and virtual meetings

  • Maintain hard and soft-copy records

  • Manage office supplies

  • Coordinate/make travel arrangements

  • Provide general administrative support including typing, collating, filing, and data entry



Pay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
