Summary: Seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead FPGA design, system simulation, and integration activities for cutting-edge defense and intelligence products.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience
    • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
    • Experience in designing digital logic using VHDL
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in block level logic synthesis and STA
    • Knowledge in integrating mixed-signal IP with digital logic
    • Knowledge of C/C++/SystemC and DSP algorithm modeling
    • Knowledge of Circuit Board Assembly and Printed Circuit Board development
  • Responsibilities:

    • Drive technology and completion of activities on time and budget
    • Lead FPGA design, system simulation, synthesis, resource and power utilization analysis, place and route, timing analysis, verification, and integration activities
    • Conduct functional analysis, performance analysis, interface analysis and definition for design integration and verification of digital components
    • Develop designs to support customer specifications including cost considerations
    • Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
    • Document component and subsystem specifications
    • Specify and evaluate supplier components
    • Support program design to cost/manufacture requirements
    • Participate in preparation of complex proposals
    • Mentor less-experienced engineers


Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
