Summary: Seeking an Electrical Design Specialist II with expertise in electrical/electronic systems and Creo CAD modeling for design and drafting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience with electrical/electronic systems.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Creo CAD modeling, design, and drafting techniques.

  • Experience with design, routing, and drawings of wiring harness assemblies.

  • Understanding of model and drawing generation utilizing Creo and Creo Pro-Cable.

  • Understanding of ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5 standards.

  • Associate Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of electrical engineering and electro-mechanical engineering tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform design and drafting of both electrical and mechanical aspects of electrical/electronic equipment.

  • Design wiring harness routing integration using schematic diagrams provided by electrical engineering.

  • Perform overall line replaceable unit (LRU) chassis and housing design/drafting, including overall system design integration.

  • Produce CAD models and drawings of electrical harness assemblies, electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and installation drawings.

  • Work within the data management system.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
