Test Technician

Summary: Seeking a Test Technician to provide technical support, testing, and repair of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies with the ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship required

• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

• No dual citizenship, felonies, or bankruptcies

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

• Soldering and wire bonding experience

• Safe handling of chemicals

• Experience with ESD practices

• Proficient in computer applications including Access, Excel, and Labview

• Experience with MRP systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on components, devices, materials, products, processes, and equipment

• Test, modify, rework, and repair assemblies following wiring/assembly drawings and engineering specifications

• Design and test prototype assemblies and production units

• Rework/re-wire units to meet quality control specifications

• Test and inspect electronic, optical or mechanical assemblies

• Perform manufacturing processes under minimal supervision

• Interpret SOPs and safety rules

• Ensure compliance with safety/regulatory requirements

• Assist in training new team members

• Interface with other departments for efficient information/material flow

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
