Cleared Facility Security Officer
Summary: Seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) with TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph to manage security policies, compliance, and training.
Job Requirements:
-
Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph
-
5+ years of experience with SAP and DOD
-
5+ years of experience as an FSO
-
Experience with 32 CFR 117 and the NISPOM
-
Experience maintaining a program facility in accordance with ICD 705 requirements
-
Familiarity with DISS, e-QIP, NISS, ServiceNow (NBIS)
-
Experience using secure telephone equipment
Preferred Skills:
- COMSEC custodian or Alt COMSEC custodian experience
Job Responsibilities:

Manage policy and processes around personnel, clearances, and facility with Department of Defense

Interpret NISP/IC policies; develop and implement security plans for compliance

Maintain company Cage code(s)

Conduct security program reviews including formal inspections

Investigate security incidents and violations; prepare reports for submission through Director of Security to Cognizant Security Authority

Develop, maintain, and conduct continuous training for all cleared personnel
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
