Product Development Leader
Summary: Seeking a Product Development Leader to drive technical development and commercialization of nanolayered capacitor films.
Job Requirements:

BS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
-
5+ years of experience in technology development
-
Understanding of capacitor performance metrics and experience with electrical characterization of capacitor films and/or devices
-
Prior leadership experience with multiple development teams
-
Experience in design, management, and execution of development projects

US Citizenship
Preferred Skills:
-
MS or PhD in relevant fields
-
Proven track record in writing grant proposals and securing government funding

Previous manufacturing environment support experience

Materials science experience related to polymers and thin films
-
Knowledge of capacitors in various electrical applications (e.g., electric vehicles, grid)

Advanced analytical and statistical analysis skills

Basic understanding of film extrusion processes

Ability to design electrical circuits for capacitor performance testing
Job Responsibilities:

Chartering, leading, and executing development projects for optimizing nanolayered capacitor films/devices performance

Analyzing data to identify structure/function relationships for nanoarchitectural design
-
Writing proposals to secure government funding
-
Interfacing with external manufacturers on prototyping/qualification projects
-
Serving as a subject matter expert on capacitor uses/applications
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per hour
