Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in aerospace manufacturing and project management for a 9-month contract.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience

  • Expertise in designing and developing tooling (mold/trim, press, CNC, assembly)

  • Proficiency in creating CNC programs (G coding)

  • Strong understanding of materials, shapes, foams, plastics

  • Ability to estimate projects and create BOMs

  • Experience with interior parts for aerospace, specifically seat cushions

  • Commercial aerospace experience; military project experience is a plus

  • BS in Engineering preferred; AS in Engineering considered with relevant experience

  • Experience with Keyence Scanner or similar tools for reverse engineering

Preferred Skills:

  • Fusion 360 CAD experience preferred; Solidworks or related CADs acceptable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tooling for manufacturing processes

  • Create CNC programs and provide detailed drawings and models for manufacturing

  • Manage projects effectively to meet deadlines and client requirements

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
