Summary: Seeking a Project Analysis II professional with expertise in grants management to lead peer review projects and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree; equivalent experience considered.

  • 3+ years of grants management experience or related expertise.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and Word, and project collaboration tools.

  • Ability to obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance prior to start.

  • Meeting or event management certification (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional).

  • Grants management certification (e.g., Certified Grants Management Specialist).

  • Experience in the criminal justice field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead peer review projects and interface with government officials throughout the grant application review process.

  • Prepare and submit accurate program-specific deliverables on time.

  • Ensure project milestones and schedule targets are efficiently met.

  • Identify, engage, and support subject matter experts during the peer review process; coordinate assignments and monitor activities.

  • Train and support seasonal team members, coordinate workloads, monitor deliverables/deadlines, ensure compliance with processes/regulations.

  • Participate in program kickoff meetings, debriefings, performance assessments, and audits.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance, system innovations, and audits.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
