Summary: Seeking a Sr RS Avionics Installer with experience in aviation electronics and a strong ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two years related work experience; or four years experience in an avionics/electronic career field

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

  • Working knowledge of Inspection Procedures manual and pertinent Process Specifications

  • Computer keyboard skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide work direction to technicians

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft

  • Install, modify, fabricate wiring, electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment per blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings

  • Contribute to the development of employees and techniques through skilled specialist abilities

  • Assist Engineering in resolving problems and making repairs as directed by engineering

  • Maintain required logs and records ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications

  • Enforce company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., YIAW, Kaizen events)

  • Assist and fill in for team coordinator as required

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
