Summary: Seeking a Program Manager to oversee military and civil design, development, integration, test, and documentation operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years related program management experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Recent directly related experience in aerospace industry; commercial aviation experience is a plus.

  • Managing Commercial Aviation programs and understanding FAA requirements is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all program activities.

  • Manage substantial military & civil design, development, integration, test, and documentation operations for multiple tasks.

  • Perform monthly program reviews and financial analysis using standardized reporting tools (e.g., EVM, PSR, Burn Charts).

  • Supervise and direct employees to meet contractual and productivity targets.

  • Administer operating budgets to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans when required.

  • Perform continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and costs.

 



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
