Summary: Seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering design for industrial facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited program

  • PE, Professional Engineer license required

  • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering design of buildings

  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)

  • Ability to perform power system studies including short circuit, load flow, protective coordination, and arc flash studies

  • Life Science and/or advanced manufacturing facility electrical design experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software, Smartplant, AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engineering and design of facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, equipment & construction specifications and hazardous area classifications

  • Perform calculations and evaluations in the design of equipment and systems for industrial applications

  • Direct activities to ensure construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements

  • Maintain effective communication with project team members and customers

  • Use engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks

  • Perform tier reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and conformance

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
