Contracts Manager
Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for administration and management of contracts with various customers including government and international clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional position
Knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations
Preferred Skills:
MBA or master's degree
Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA
Background in law or legal documentation
Experience in government contracting, aerospace or DoD business
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and ownership in all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts from customers
Preparation and presentation of responses to customer requests for information, proposals, and quotations
Negotiation and execution of NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements, settlement disputes, and other contractual requirements
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
