Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for administration and management of contracts with various customers including government and international clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional position

  • Knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or master's degree

  • Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA

  • Background in law or legal documentation

  • Experience in government contracting, aerospace or DoD business

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and ownership in all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts from customers

  • Preparation and presentation of responses to customer requests for information, proposals, and quotations

  • Negotiation and execution of NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements, settlement disputes, and other contractual requirements



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
