Summary: Seeking a Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and execute testing plans, scripts, and handle level-2 customer support calls for application issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science or Technology-related fields

  • 3 years of Quality Assurance experience

  • Manual testing for web applications

  • Hands-on experience writing scripts

  • Proficiency with Jira and TestRail

  • Knowledge of Git and Jenkins for CI/CD

  • Understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Skills:

  • Functional knowledge of Java, Selenium Web Driver, TestNg

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional, integration, and regression testing approaches, plans, and scripts for all applications

  • Coordinate with business and technical members to determine testable elements of designs

  • Execute testing scripts and oversee their execution in functional, integration, and regression testing

  • Log and track bugs discovered during testing to closure

  • Summarize and report on the progress of testing daily and weekly

  • Document end results of all types of testing

  • Handle level-2 customer support calls related to application issues; triage them with the development team and provide timely resolutions to end-users

Pay: 30-34

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
