Summary: Seeking a Data Scientist with extensive experience in data science, programming, and AWS cloud technology to support a constellation of LEO satellites for improved internet reception.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related technical field (MS preferred)

  • 10+ years of technical experience in data science

  • 5+ years of experience performing data science and programming

  • 5+ years of experience using AWS Cloud technology

  • Strong knowledge in DS design and experience in ML/Ops/DevOps

  • Experience building machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or other open-source libraries

  • 5+ years of programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python, Go, and Pandas

  • Previous work experience in the telecom industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Snowflake, and Big Query

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and libraries in Python/R (Shiny preferred) or Tableau

  • Familiarity with software version control using git

Responsibilities:

  • Convey analysis results to business executives in layman's terms

  • Give presentations with confidence and clarity

  • Identify innovative solutions applying data science and AI/ML technology for development teams to implement



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
