Mechanical Designer

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Designer with expertise in SolidWorks, machine models, and detailed part drawings for a 6-month contract.

Job Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks Mechanical Design

• Experience with machine models and detailed part drawings

• Expertise in large assemblies and sheet metal

• Knowledge of bolting and fastening techniques

• Background in welding and machining designs

• Ability to organize and file BOMs

• Some experience with AutoCAD for file modifications

Preferred Skills:

• P&ID experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical designs using SolidWorks

• Create detailed part drawings and machine models

• Handle large assembly projects and sheet metal work

• Implement bolting, fastening, welding, and machining designs

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
