Summary: Seeking a Sr Project Administrator to develop and manage program schedules, conduct critical path analyses, and support program planning and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years of related experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Interpersonal skills for interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with personnel, customers, and suppliers

Preferred Skills:

  • Involvement with Program Management Institute (PMI), Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG), or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed schedules and conduct critical path analyses using company standards

  • Analyze program schedule status and prepare EVMS data for the Business/Finance Office

  • Create standard S-Curves for supporting programs

  • Develop program proposal schedules as required

  • Produce network logic diagrams per company standards

  • Monitor schedule variances against plans and forecasts through reports and techniques

  • Participate in process/quality improvement initiatives

  • Recommend improvements to scheduling processes for better product quality



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
