Summary: Seeking an IT Project Manager with experience managing multi-million dollar projects in the IT Finance domain and proficiency with ServiceNow.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects/programs within IT or IT Finance.

  • Strong background in financial operations and reporting in the pharma industry.

  • Solid grasp of portfolio and program framework.

  • Experience reporting Project/Program status to senior leadership.

  • Strong stakeholder building and relationship skills.

  • Strong vendor management skills.

  • Strong risk management skills.

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile experience desired but not required.

  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio management tool ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills:

  • Data analytical and integration experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning and execution of medium to large sized projects in the Finance domain to deliver intended outcomes.

  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers to define project teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to manage upstream and downstream dependencies, removing impediments as needed.

  • Manage project deliverables, schedules, governance, vendors ensuring milestones are met within cost estimates.

  • Prepare routine project status reports for sponsors on project health, performance, risks, and necessary remediation decisions.

  • Monitor and control project schedule and financials.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
