Assembler
Summary: Seeking an experienced Assembler to perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations, ensuring compliance with J-STD & IPC-610 standards.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, Trade School or GED
4 years related experience
Experience working with a microscope
Skilled in assembling small devices, wiring/soldering, harness and cabling
Interpretation of technical data such as drawings, schematics, blueprints
Understanding of electronics fundamentals and components
Soldering experience per J-STD-001 and Mil. Standard IPC-A-610
Preferred Skills:
One to three years experience as an electronic assembler
Conformal coat, potting, and/or encapsulation experience
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components using samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists, diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets
Perform wire termination and installation of wire harnesses and cable assemblies
Assemble/disassemble/modify production subassemblies following work plans
Inspect assemblies to ensure conformance to standards using hand tools and precision testing equipment
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
