Project Support Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Project Support Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to assist in various project engineering support activities for a plant site.
Job Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in project support or related field
Ability to attend and contribute to various project and safety meetings
Proficiency in generating and managing work orders, memos, meeting minutes, and other project documentation
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SOPs
Experience with Management of Change (MOC), FMEA, HAZOPs, Risk Assessments, Gap Assessments
Knowledge in generating Turnover Packages and Project Closeout Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
Attend weekly project meetings, daily construction meetings, and monthly EH&S safety meetings
Generate work orders, interoffice correspondence, meeting minutes
Generate and modify project lifecycle documentation for the LA Plant Site
Manage project change control records including initiation, management, and closure
Support Takeda and A/E Firm in conceptual design through detailed design phases
Generate and manage safety management plans/documentation including job hazard analysis and lockout tag out plans
Assist in site supervision of construction personnel
Manage installation and operational commissioning; author/approve execution documents
Develop qualification protocols; manage installation/operational/performance qualification
Train personnel on operation processes; create comprehensive validation documentation
Identify potential risks to product quality/safety; develop mitigation strategies
Conduct internal/external quality audits
Pay Details: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour
