Summary: Seeking a Project Support Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to assist in various project engineering support activities for a plant site.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in project support or related field

  • Ability to attend and contribute to various project and safety meetings

  • Proficiency in generating and managing work orders, memos, meeting minutes, and other project documentation

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SOPs

  • Experience with Management of Change (MOC), FMEA, HAZOPs, Risk Assessments, Gap Assessments

  • Knowledge in generating Turnover Packages and Project Closeout Documentation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly project meetings, daily construction meetings, and monthly EH&S safety meetings

  • Generate work orders, interoffice correspondence, meeting minutes

  • Generate and modify project lifecycle documentation for the LA Plant Site

  • Manage project change control records including initiation, management, and closure

  • Support Takeda and A/E Firm in conceptual design through detailed design phases

  • Generate and manage safety management plans/documentation including job hazard analysis and lockout tag out plans

  • Assist in site supervision of construction personnel

  • Manage installation and operational commissioning; author/approve execution documents

  • Develop qualification protocols; manage installation/operational/performance qualification

  • Train personnel on operation processes; create comprehensive validation documentation

  • Identify potential risks to product quality/safety; develop mitigation strategies

  • Conduct internal/external quality audits



Pay Details: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour
