Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support for department executives and staff, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistical tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Knowledge of Concur for expense reimbursement and travel bookings is a plus

  • Work is 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Support scheduling, telephone and email contact, meetings, timekeeping, and budgeting

  • Provide logistical support for engineering activities such as travel, recruiting, purchasing, office supplies, and new hire onboarding

  • Assist in software development processes including document approval/control and license management

  • Arrange staff travel and submit expense reports

  • Track department expenses and reconcile purchasing card

  • Organize group events and meetings

  • Follow up on time reporting to ensure completion by team members



Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
