Avionics Installer I
Summary: Seeking an Avionics Installer I to assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
General knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Must know how to use a multimeter
Entry-level position
Preferred Skills:
Six (6) months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience
Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of a current year youth apprenticeship program
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
Computer skills and general software knowledge
Responsibilities:
Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and equipment as per blueprints
Help complete tasks within the allotted time frame
Maintain required logs and records
Comply with company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations
Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
