Summary: Seeking an Admin Assistant to support team operations, training coordination, and data tracking.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft platform, SharePoint, Honda Learning Center, Adobe, Lotus Notes

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Creative problem-solving

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support team in set-up process for new manpower and training

  • Work with training and on-boarding team to address issues

  • Propose communication solutions based on audience needs

  • Enhance training and manpower experiences collaboratively

  • Participate in team meetings and events

  • Coordinate training requirements including activity sheets, learning plans, schedules, registration, and materials

  • Create welcome packages and orientation materials for new associates

  • Re-prioritize work based on project deadlines

  • Track detailed data for in-coming manpower set-up



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
