Summary: Seeking a SIGINT Systems Architect to identify and capture new business opportunities in the international and domestic Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) marketplace.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in direction finding systems, arrays, and algorithms

  • Proficient in RF system design, HF propagation, and RF signal processing system design

  • Skilled in system modeling, simulation, and algorithm development

  • Ability to analyze HF communications and OTHR signals

  • Experience with terrestrial communication signals in the HF, VHF, and UHF spectrum

  • Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills:

  • MSEE with 8+ years' experience or BSEE with 10+ years' experience

  • Proficient in MATLAB or Python for signal processing algorithm development

  • Understanding of DSP software development

  • Experience in a fast-paced development environment for complex signal processing solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities for SIGINT systems

  • Establish frequent contacts within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense customers

  • Collaborate with customers on system CONOPS, architectures, and requirements

  • Develop briefing packages for GDMS SIGINT capabilities

  • Align business area strategy with SIGINT market needs

  • Perform competitor analyses and develop teaming relationships

  • Obtain export licenses for international business pursuits



Pay Details: $207,000.00 to $230,000.00 per year
