Summary: Seeking a Construction Manager with extensive experience in managing large capital projects and expertise in construction management or engineering.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Experience managing $100 million dollar projects

  • Ability to read and review engineering and construction drawings

Preferred Skills:

  • PE License

  • Experience in Med/pharma/life science facilities

  • Proficiency with CAD drawings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison with client and architectural/engineering firm

  • Provide engineering/design leadership, answer questions, review drawings and blueprints

  • Ensure adherence to client standards in all project drawings

  • Manage multiple large projects with various sub-projects



Pay Details: $105.00 to $110.00 per hour
