Summary: Seeking an Aircraft Tech II to perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience or 4 years of aviation maintenance experience including 2 years on mid/large size aircraft

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision

  • Coordinate with MTL, STM, and Inspection Department for compliance with internal and FAA requirements

  • Complete CMP cards, work order sign-offs, and other paperwork accurately

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications

  • Properly tag and store customer property securely

  • Operate ground support equipment following standard procedures

  • Assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas

  • Collect and dispose of waste fluids properly; maintain clean work areas using 6S and Lean Initiatives

  • Apply Lean/continuous improvement processes in all areas of responsibility

  • Use material tracking system for parts demand, tracking squawks/sign-offs, and labor charges



Pay Details: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour
