RS Airworth Inspect Non-GAC
Summary: Seeking an RS Airworthiness Inspector for Quality Control inspections on aircraft/components in the Repair Station.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Airframe and Powerplant License
4 years aircraft experience on large/mid-size aircraft
Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms/documents
Skilled in blueprint reading/interpretation, shop mathematics, QC Procedures
Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality Control inspections on aircraft/components
Inspect repairs/alterations for FAA conformity
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, inspection requirements during maintenance/outfitting
Ensure accurate/timely production of aircraft records with RTS coordination
Audit maintenance documentation for accuracy/completion before return to service approval
Verify airworthiness of aircraft/components before flight activities
Monitor compliance with FAR Part 145 and FAA Repair Station/Quality Control Manual
Complete FAA conformity inspections; compile certification data for FAA approval
Support aircraft certification/final phase testing, including flight tests if required
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
