Electrical Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical equipment and systems for aerospace and defense applications.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical documents and reports.

  • Strong mathematical skills including probability, statistical inference, and analog circuit calculations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Simulation Software, Cadance Capture/PCB Designer, Mentor Graphics Viewer, Gerbers Viewer/Editor Software.

• Preferred Skills:

  • DO-160 and Mil-STD experience.

• Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical components, products, and systems.

  • Prepare schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and assembly drawings.

  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure system requirements are met.

  • Direct the fabrication of test control apparatus and test support equipment.

  • Ensure manufacturing procedures conform to specifications and customer requirements.

  • Provide repair assistance for production and field returns.

  • Support production quality assurance procedures.

  • Address obsolescence issues in coordination with purchasing and manufacturing planners.

  • Prepare engineering change notices per configuration management standards.

Pay: 80000-95000

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
