Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to define and control production processes, validate design specifications, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials preferred)

  • 5-10 years of experience in Defense and Aerospace manufacturing

  • Desire to work on shop floor and focus on continuous improvements

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electro-mechanical manufacturing processes

  • Background in engineering drawings (SolidWorks), specifications, and manufacturing processes

  • Knowledge of AS9100/AS9110, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001

  • Strong understanding of Lean Principles

  • Experience with CNC programming and operation

Responsibilities:

  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment

  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment

  • Assist cross-functional teams in resolving manufacturing process problems through root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions

  • Utilize lean-manufacturing principles to improve process capability, reduce costs, and increase capacity

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
