Product Owner (Scrum Lead)

Summary: Seeking a Product Owner (Scrum Lead) to manage and optimize the development team's output within a scrum framework, focusing on backlog prioritization, workflow smoothing, and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years with BS; 3 years with MS; 0 years with PhD

• Knowledge of Kanban or Agile Methods

Preferred Skills:

• Experience facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders

• Ability to analyze and prioritize incoming service requests

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint activities and lead collaboration

• Analyze, review, and prioritize service requests

• Monitor Kanban boards to ensure service level agreements are met

• Smooth workflow by removing blockers

• Maintain a ready feature backlog and act as an escalation point

• Understand and utilize service level metrics for decision-making

• Manage service roadmap for 24 to 36 months

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
