Product Owner (Scrum Lead)
Summary: Seeking a Product Owner (Scrum Lead) to manage and optimize the development team's output within a scrum framework, focusing on backlog prioritization, workflow smoothing, and stakeholder communication.
Job Requirements:
5 years with BS; 3 years with MS; 0 years with PhD
Knowledge of Kanban or Agile Methods
Preferred Skills:
Experience facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders
Ability to analyze and prioritize incoming service requests
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate sprint activities and lead collaboration
Analyze, review, and prioritize service requests
Monitor Kanban boards to ensure service level agreements are met
Smooth workflow by removing blockers
Maintain a ready feature backlog and act as an escalation point
Understand and utilize service level metrics for decision-making
Manage service roadmap for 24 to 36 months
Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
