Upholstery Fabricator

Summary: Seeking an Upholstery Fabricator to develop, build, sew, and cover aircraft soft goods in alignment with Dassault Falcon Jet standards.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in Upholstery, Sewing, or related field

• Ability to align intricate designs in fabrics

• Must not be allergic to chemicals, solvents, paints, adhesives, natural/manmade materials

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces and unusual positions

• Able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

• Visual capacity and muscular dexterity for fine detail work

Preferred Skills:

• Aircraft upholstery fabrication experience

• Problem-solving skills for practical issues

• Ability to interpret various instructions (written, oral, diagram)

• Manufacturing, vocational/tech school training or related college credits

• Computer/software training or experience

• Familiarity with documentation such as MES, FPS, WI, blueprints

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and cover aircraft soft goods including crew seats, passenger seats, divans using 3D models and drawings

• Ensure quality standards are met through precise craftsmanship

• Stock and remove materials from bins according to OSHA standards

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
