NX Designer

Summary: Seeking an NX Designer with expertise in mechanical design and strong experience in piping systems for a new project.

Job Requirements:

• AS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical design/engineering experience

• Demonstrated fluency with 3D CAD software design tools

• Experience in NX CAD (Version 10 or higher) and Teamcenter data management

• Basic geometric and trigonometric math skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ASME B31.3

Job Responsibilities:

• Design ambient temperature and cryogenic piping, vacuum and pressure vessels, structural steel, cold box piping and assembly, helium compression equipment, and cryogen transfer line/distribution systems

• Read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

• Model piping arrangement layouts

• Detail piping spool drawings

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
