Head of Supply Chain and Operations

Summary: Seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Operations to oversee supply chain management, supplier relations, inventory management, logistics optimization, and compliance for a new merchandising and apparel division.

Job Requirements:

• BS Degree

• Professional certifications like APICS or CSCP

• ERP systems experience (Navision preferred)

• 7+ years in Supply Chain Management within retail, apparel, or merchandise industry

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the merchandising and apparel industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

• Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, third-party logistics providers, and production planners

• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs

• Optimize logistics flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Define and optimize business processes, KPIs, and operational reporting

• Mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage the operational budget to ensure business growth ahead of market disruptions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
