Summary: Seeking a Control Panel Designer to perform CAD work for electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bill of materials.

Job Requirements:

  • AA degree in engineering and 2 years of job-related experience, or 4 years of job-related experience

  • Knowledge of programmable controllers, motor/motor controllers, electronic sensors, and instrumentation

  • Experience reading P&ID drawings and electrical schematics

  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards (UL 508A, NFPA 70, NFPA 79)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with control system design and implementation

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical 2018 or higher

  • Proficient in EPLAN Pro Panel 2022 or higher

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical schematics, panel layouts using CAD software

  • Perform heating/cooling calculations during the panel design phase

  • Interface with the Controls Department to ensure appropriate designs and layouts



Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
