Summary: Seeking an Obsolescence Engineer to manage obsolescence solutions, predictive reporting, and component engineering.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree from a 4-year College or University

  • 5+ years related electrical/electronic hardware experience

  • Component Engineering with obsolescence experience

  • Demonstrated Material Declaration experience (ROHS and Reach CRT)

  • Experience in BOM Scrubbing

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Silicon Expert for Predictive Obsolescence reports

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate obsolescence management solutions based on customer requirements, parts availability, lifetime buy options, and production needs

  • Manage Predictive Obsolescence reports using Silicon Expert

  • Utilize an obsolescence tracking tool to document issues from notification to solution implementation



Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
