Summary: Seeking a Controller to manage the accounting team, oversee closing activities, and maintain financial integrity for a manufacturing company.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
    • CPA certification
    • Advanced skills in Excel; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and handle daily interruptions

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience supporting a manufacturing company

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage the accounting team
    • Oversee all closing activities
    • Transition to percentage completion accounting
    • Maintain integrity of accounting policies
    • Create and maintain budgets; conduct variance analysis
    • Create financial benchmarks across the company
    • Streamline current financial procedures
    • Develop cost management system
    • Perform P&L and tax forecasting



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
