Maintenance Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-Minerals responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair operations within a Minerals Plant, ensuring optimal machinery and equipment functionality.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in an industrial environment in a leadership capacity

• Knowledge of maintenance activities and ability to schedule manpower and equipment

• In-depth understanding of SAP Systems

• Strong knowledge of plant equipment and processes

• Working knowledge of MSHA regulations

• Willingness to work off shifts and weekends as required

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to identify, observe, and assess materials and equipment

• Accuracy in paperwork, data entries, shift data, computerized work time entry, SPC

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote safety culture within the team

• Assist with safety reporting and lead safety investigations

• Schedule Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, and Multicrafts on all shifts

• Distribute work across shifts and follow up on progress

• Audit scheduled work to ensure timelines are met

• Coordinate maintenance work during outages with Engineering and contractors

• Maintain production equipment availability and performance levels

• Develop team skills through coaching, training, and job progression

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
