Machine Design Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Machine Design Engineer to develop custom machinery with a focus on automation and robotics.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology

• 3+ years of machine design experience in SolidWorks

• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams

• Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mechatronic systems design

• Familiarity with advanced technology platforms

Job Responsibilities:

• Design custom machinery, focusing on automation equipment

• Present designs to customers and team members

• Communicate effectively with external vendors

• Develop and fully design equipment, layouts, and subassemblies

• Identify improvements in solution designs for robotics and automation

• Document detailed product requirements

• Drive new product development programs from concept to production

• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and partners

Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
