Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, tool design, and production process development.

• Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience

  • BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited university

  • Proficient with CAD, SolidWorks preferred

• Preferred Skills:

  • Programming ability for robotic assembly and welding equipment

• Responsibilities:

  • Design tools and machines for product manufacturing

  • Review and recommend improvements for production equipment, hardware, and tooling

  • Oversee the development of new production processes, methods, and controls

  • Install new equipment and prepare operation manuals

  • Conduct Time Studies and develop Lean Methodologies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

  • Assist with product designs and evaluate manufacturability

  • Perform Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEAs)

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
