Quality Administrator
Summary: Seeking a Quality Administrator responsible for inspection forms, customer requirements review, and quality documentation.
Job Requirements:
HS diploma or trade school
3 to 5 years of related work experience
Minimum of 3 years working in a shop or manufacturing environment
Strong machining background
Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes
Minimum of 3 years interpreting drawings and specifications including Statistical Process Control Charts, Balloon Drawings, and Precision machine parts drawings & blueprints
Strong GD&T skills
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and peers
Job Responsibilities:
Create an inspection master for each job including ballooning blueprints, creating Inspection Reports, First Piece Reports, and Shipping data sheets
Review all customer purchase orders at the time of shipment to ensure requirements are met
Generate Certificates of Conformance and make copies of quality documentation for shipments and the Office Manager
Close out and inspect file folders
Review job packets for any changes that could affect quality and notify the QA Manager
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
