Summary: Seeking an experienced Recruiter with expertise in full life-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter

  • Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent

  • Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles and challenging markets

  • Strong relationship management experience and closing skills

  • Experience with ATS Systems, specifically BrassRing

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior agency experience

  • Self-motivated with superior organizational skills and integrity

  • Ability to see the big picture and drive processes to deliver desired outcomes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring

  • Consult with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process



Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
