Recruiter
Summary: Seeking an experienced Recruiter with expertise in full life-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing strategies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent
Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles and challenging markets
Strong relationship management experience and closing skills
Experience with ATS Systems, specifically BrassRing
Preferred Skills:
Prior agency experience
Self-motivated with superior organizational skills and integrity
Ability to see the big picture and drive processes to deliver desired outcomes
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
Consult with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
