Summary: Seeking a Payroll Administrator for processing certified payroll documents, setting up new jobs, and assisting with payroll audits.

  • Requirements:

    • Strong understanding and knowledge of Word, Excel, and business-related operations software

    • Experience with LCP Tracker, Procore, Prism

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of OCIP reporting and auditing

  • Responsibilities:

    • Process certified payroll documents weekly

    • Set up new jobs for certified payroll processing

    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers

    • Perform monthly OCIP reporting and auditing

    • Assist with weekly payroll as needed

    • Act as a backup for weekly payroll if necessary

    • Update fringe rates when needed

    • Assist with payroll audit reports if required

Pay: 26-34

Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
