Quality Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, execute complex tests, and address quality and compliance issues within the medical device industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
5-7 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD.
Experience with test method development, device builds in cleanroom environments, and risk management.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with new product development processes.
Experience with receiving inspection tasks.
Capable of conducting operator training sessions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the identification and optimization of complex manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing tools.
Drive development and manage execution of experiments to create and validate products, including comprehensive process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Develop training materials for production to facilitate knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes.
Create technical content for risk management files.
Investigate product quality/compliance issues, analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports.
Additional Notes:
Candidates without medical device experience will be automatically disqualified.
Local candidates only; must be willing to work on W2 (no Corp to Corp arrangements).
Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
