Summary: Seeking a Software Engineer with strong Java development skills for a new project involving hardware-software interfacing and GUI enhancement.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
    • Strong experience with Java Development
    • Proficiency in GUI development using Swing or NetBeans 8
    • Understanding of serial communication protocols such as Ethernet, USB, I/O
    • Experience working in a Windows environment; familiarity with Linux, Mageia Linux is a plus
    • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and chip fabrication is advantageous
    • Working knowledge of C++

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Mid-Level Engineer experience level preferred

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and enhance software interfaces for hardware integration within semiconductor industry applications
    • Collaborate on new project initiatives requiring robust GUI and hardware-software communication solutions

  • Additional Information:

    • Duration: 6-month contract to direct hire
    • Work Week: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
