Medical Affairs Associate Analyst
Summary: Seeking a Medical Affairs Associate Analyst for contract management, execution, and support within the Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) team.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years industry experience
-
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-
Industry experience managing healthcare professional (HCP) contracts, compliance, budgets and/or payments
Preferred Skills:
-
Cardiovascular medical device experience
-
Proficiency with ECLM, Icertis, Salesforce.com (SFDC), COUPA or similar payment systems
Responsibilities:
-
Support contract lifecycle including negotiation, initiation, approval, payments, and documentation

Manage amendments and renewals of contracts; provide guidance and negotiate changes

Serve as subject matter expert for contracts' intent and terms
-
Manage educational and sponsorship grants payments; administer Grant Portal via SFDC

Handle contracts and payments for research grants
-
Track expenditure versus budget; support forecasting and generate metrics for reporting

Identify process improvement opportunities; resolve problems through collaboration

Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance for appropriate business practices
-
Ensure strict compliance with processes; adhere to industry code of ethics

Interface professionally with healthcare professionals
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
